Lesson Overview:
When faced with a difficult situation, we may experience many emotions. When two stressed people come together, even more variety can occur, such as one person becomes pushy and the other becomes belligerent. Next thing, we know, there’s a dispute. Then it escalates and involves more people. Soon, there are grudges building and dysfunctional patterns set in. There may be arguments, nasty letters or break-ups. Others may get mad at us or come to our defense.
